Outdoor Vs Indoor Workout
Outdoor workouts are better. Why? According to Tina Vindum, author of the book “Outdoor Fitness”, exercising in a natural environment is better for your mood and thus your health. According to Vindum, a study suggests that outdoor joggers produced more of the feel-good brain chemical serotonin and had less anxiety and depression than people who ran on indoor treadmills.
In another study, patients recovering from surgery needed less pain medication when their rooms had views of natural surroundings. And in a prison study, inmates with a view of sky, trees, and grass had significantly fewer headaches, digestive problems, and trips to the infirmary.

You can make your workouts more effective and melt more body fats if you include whole grain cereal in your breakfast. A study suggests that by doing this, you charge up your body’s furnaces to work more efficiently when you work out later in the day. By eating high-fiber carbs, you store fewer carbs as fuel source. Thus when you workout, your body goes out to burn more fats to get the energy needed for the workout. Muesli, fresh fruit, skim milk, whole wheat bread, and low-fat yogurt are a few of the high-fiber carbs that you could add up to your breakfast menu.

There is a lot said about wrinkle prevention. Tips mostly suggest staying out of sun, using the right kind of moisturizers, quitting smoking and a few others. But new findings suggest the following “Eat-Drink-Sleep” tricks may reduce some of those lines on your face.
Eat Soy. It protects against photo damage caused by the sun and even helps in healing the damage. No wonder why soy is a popular ingredient in some of the Thai recipes.
Have a cup of cocoa. Research shows that two of the antioxidants in cocoa -- epicatechin and catechin -- can help shield against sun damage and improve your skin's hydration and blood circulation. All of which can help lead to smoother looking skin.
Sleep on your back. Sleeping with your face in the pillow every night can cause wrinkles known as "sleep lines". Side sleepers tend to get these fine lines on their cheeks and chin, while people who sleep facing down can end up with a more furrowed brow.
